This website is about me. My name is Dave Rice and I am like everyone else I am getting older by the day. A few years back I had a health scare and I decided that I wasn’t going to let it get me down so I try to keep busy by doing things and not sitting on the couch feeling sorry for myself. For now and the last few years I have a small woodworking shop where I can build just about anything that I get asked to build. Before covid I built a bunch of Tack Lockers for a riding stable. But then the price of lumber went out of site and the lockers were no longer cost efficient to build. In the meantime I spent time building bridle hangers which I still sell on this website. I also spent time building a tack box for travelling horsemen, and a shack and solar energy array and system for a rural greenhouse.
This last year I have been working on my camper and recently I have acquired a truck to haul it and am getting the truck ready for the camper and the build of the camper completed.
When it ready my intention is to do a lot more traveling, fly fishing, and taking a lot more pictures. I have always loved travelling and I intend to spend a lot more time do what I love for as long as I can.
